National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) — the Government of India and Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and UP joint venture that runs the Namo Bharat regional rail — is recruiting Supervisor-I (Civil) through two notices dated 10 September 2026: Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026 for Operations & Maintenance staff on a regular basis (Post Code D05, 6 posts) and Vacancy Notice No. 33/2026 on contract in the regular pay scale for five years (Post Code C08, 7 posts).
The post needs a three-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering (a full-time civil B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg. is also accepted) and a maximum age of 28 on 10 September 2026. It is Level S1, ₹37,000–1,15,000, and online applications on ncrtc.in run from 10 September to 9 October 2026 (11:55 PM).
Selection is a single Computer Based Test — 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes, no negative marking, in Hindi or English — followed by a medical fitness test. The CBT is tentatively in November/December 2026.

NCRTC Supervisor Civil Eligibility 2026: Qualification & Age Limit
- ✓Three-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. A full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil is also accepted. Only full-time regular courses count.
- ✓Maximum age 28 years on 10 September 2026 (all eligibility is judged on that date). Indian nationals above 18 only.
- ✓Age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC (NCL) 3 years, PwBD 10 (UR/EWS), 13 (OBC) or 15 (SC/ST) years, ex-servicemen by length of military service plus 3 years — never beyond 50 in total. NCRTC employees with one year's service get relaxation equal to their years of service.
- ✓Medical standard A-3: distant vision 6/9, 6/9 and near vision Sn 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses (power within ±2D); colour, binocular, field and night vision required; LASIK not allowed.
- ✓Application fee ₹500 plus transaction charges and GST for UR, OBC (NCL), EWS and ex-servicemen; SC, ST and PwBD pay nothing. Applying for both D05 and C08 means paying twice, and both CBTs may be held at the same time.
- ✓Selected candidates sign a ₹4,00,000 surety bond to serve at least 3 years, and serve a 2-year probation (regular post D05). The C08 post is a 5-year contract that does not confer a right to regularisation.

Supervisor-I is Level S1, ₹37,000–1,15,000, with an initial basic pay of ₹37,000 plus Variable Dearness Allowance, HRA and perks under NCRTC's cafeteria approach. Posting can be at any NCRTC office, project unit, subsidiary or joint venture, including shift duty.
NCRTC Supervisor Civil Cut Off
No previous cut-off applies: NCRTC fixes only a minimum qualifying score of 60% (UR/OBC-NCL/EWS) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen), and final selection is on merit within each category from the CBT.

- 1There is no negative marking — attempt all 100 questions. With a 60% qualifying bar for UR/OBC/EWS, an unanswered question is a mark thrown away.

- 3The civil content is diploma level — building materials, RCC, soil mechanics, surveying and transportation (railways and highways matter at a rail operator). SSC JE Civil papers cover the same ground.
- 4Watch ncrtc.in for the CBT syllabus: NCRTC says it will post it separately. Until then, prepare civil fully and keep reasoning and numerical ability sharp.
- 5Only 13 posts across both notices — if you are eligible for both D05 and C08, weigh applying to both (separate fees), but note both CBTs may be held at the same time.
