1. About the Platform
CIVILGYAN TEST SERIES is an online test-series and study platform that provides mock tests, previous-year questions, explanations, and study material for civil engineering competitive examinations in India (such as GATE, SSC JE, State AE/JE, and RRB JE). We provide educational practice material only; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any examination authority or government body.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- One account is intended for one individual. Accounts and purchased plans are non-transferable and may not be shared.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Plans, Access & Validity
- We offer free sample tests as well as paid plans (for example, a single exam series or an All-Access pass).
- Paid plans grant access for the duration stated at the time of purchase (for example, one year from the date of purchase).
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
- We may add, modify, or retire tests and study material over time to keep content current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any questions, explanations, or study material from the Platform.
- Share your account or grant access to others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or extract content.
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, notes, branding, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to CIVILGYAN TEST SERIES and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own exam preparation. No ownership is transferred to you.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. By making a payment you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider in addition to these Terms. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Our plans provide instant access to digital content and all sales are final. Except for genuine failed or duplicate payments, purchases are non-refundable. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Our content is provided for practice and learning purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all material is free of errors or that it reflects the latest exam pattern. We make no guarantee of any examination result, rank, score, or selection. Your performance depends on many factors beyond the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIVILGYAN TEST SERIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform. We may also modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.
