This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid plans purchased on CIVILGYAN WITH SATISH. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Our plans provide instant, full access to digital content (mock tests, previous-year questions, explanations, and study material) immediately upon successful payment. Because this content is delivered digitally and consumed as soon as access is granted, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Try Before You Buy
To help you make a confident, informed decision, we offer free sample tests so you can experience the quality, difficulty, and format of our content before paying. We strongly encourage you to use these free tests before purchasing any paid plan.
3. No Refunds After Purchase
Once a paid plan is activated, we do not provide refunds, including (but not limited to) for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of time to use the content, or not using the content.
- Examination results, rank, or selection outcomes.
- Already having attempted one or more tests in the plan.
4. Cancellation
Our plans are one-time purchases valid for a fixed period (for example, one year). They are not auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges — you simply choose whether or not to repurchase when your plan expires.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
The only situations in which we will return money are genuine payment errors. If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same plan, contact us immediately with your transaction details. We will verify and refund any duplicate charge, or a charge where access was never delivered, in full.
6. How to Report a Payment Issue
For a failed or duplicate payment, email us at civilgyanwithsatish@gmail.com from your registered email with your name, plan purchased, date, and the payment/transaction reference number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
