- ✓Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering, held by 15.11.2026. No experience is required.
- ✓Age: maximum 28 years on 15.11.2026 — born between 16.11.1998 and 15.11.2008, both days included. Relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) 3 years, PwBD 10 years, ex-servicemen commissioned officers with 5 years' service 5 years, persons affected by the 1984 riots 5 years; total age with relaxation may not exceed 55.
- ✓Reservation follows Government of India orders; EWS candidates need an income-and-asset certificate and OBC candidates a non-creamy-layer certificate issued on or after 1 April 2026.
- ✓Fee (non-refundable, online): ₹850 application fee + ₹500 intimation charges = ₹1,350 for UR/EWS/OBC; SC/ST/Women/PwBD/Ex-servicemen pay only the ₹500 intimation charges. GST included; gateway charges extra.
