As per official notification (jkssb.nic.in).

Questions are set in ENGLISH ONLY and there is negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the marks assigned to a question for every wrong answer. Selection is made purely on merit in the written/OMR examination — there is no interview and no skill test. The five units carry fixed marks (25 / 30 / 25 / 20 / 20), so Unit 2 alone is a quarter of the paper.
