UPSSSC has advertised 134 Junior Engineer (Agriculture) posts in the Directorate of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, under Advertisement No. 19-Exam/2026. It is a PET-2025 based Main exam: shortlisting is on the PET-2025 normalised score, and selection is by a single 100-question, 2-hour objective paper — 65 questions on agricultural engineering, 15 on computers and IT, and 20 on Uttar Pradesh — with ¼ negative marking.

Qualification
High School (UP Board) or equivalent AND a 3-year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from BTEUP, or an AICTE-approved equivalent (Annexure-1 lists Agricultural Engineering and Agricultural Technology). A Civil Engineering diploma does not qualify. Candidates must have appeared in UPSSSC PET-2025.
