Selection: a 125-question written test on 25 Oct 2026 (no negative marking; 50% to qualify), then interview; final merit is written 60% + interview 40%. Qualification
Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, first class / 60% (50% for reserved categories against reserved posts). RG/35, RG/36 and RG/41 also need an M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering. Manager: 5 years' post-qualification experience (3 in the area of the post) — for RG/35–40 also 2 years in the IDA ₹40,000–1,40,000 scale (Govt/PSU) or a CTC of ₹16.27 lakh (private). Assistant Manager: 2 years (1 in the area for RG/41, 42 and 44).

Age Limit
Manager 35 years, Assistant Manager 32 years on 08.10.2026. Relaxation: SC/ST 5, OBC-NCL 3, J&K domicile 5, PwBD 10, RITES employees 5 years.

₹600 + taxes (General/OBC); ₹300 + taxes (EWS/SC/ST/PwBD). SC/ST/PwBD fee is refunded after they take part in the written test or interview.
