Qualification
Degree in Civil Engineering. Assistant Executive Engineer: two years' executive-cadre experience (planning, construction, design or maintenance, preferably of port and marine structures) is desirable, not essential. Executive Engineer: five years' such experience is essential. Assistant Estate Manager Gr. I: degree with a PG degree/diploma in Architecture or Town & Country Planning, OR a degree in Civil Engineering, OR corporate membership of the Institution of Surveyors (India).

Age Limit
On 01.09.2026: Assistant Executive Engineer and Assistant Estate Manager 18–30 years; Executive Engineer 18–35 years. Relaxation: SC/ST 5, OBC-NCL 3, PwBD 10 years, ex-servicemen up to 5, existing Major Port Authority employees up to 55.
