The Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC), which runs Samagra Shiksha in Jharkhand, is recruiting 32 Junior Engineers (Civil works) for its block-level offices on a short-term contract (Memo No. 3975, 08.10.2026, Table E, Sl. 14). Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 55% can apply online on jepc.jharkhand.gov.in by 31 October 2026, 5:00 PM. Selection is out of 200 marks: a 100-mark written test (100 MCQs in 3 hours — General Knowledge 20, Logical Reasoning 20, Civil works 60), a 20-mark computer-based test, a 20-mark interview, 50 marks for academic qualification and up to 10 for experience.
