Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Desirable: Postgraduate (ME/M Tech) in Highway/Pavement or related field. Desirable: PhD in Pavement/Highway engineering. Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in highway projects for Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert.
