APPSC has notified 503 Assistant Executive Engineer posts in eight post codes across the PH&ME, Panchayat Raj, Rural Water Supply, Roads & Buildings, Tribal Welfare and Water Resources departments. Selection is one online CBRT examination with no screening test: Paper-1 General Studies & Mental Ability, Paper-2 Civil & Mechanical Engineering (common) and Paper-3 Civil Engineering — or a common Civil & Mechanical Paper-3 for P.C. 2 and 6 — each of 150 questions, 150 marks and 150 minutes (450 marks in all), with 1/3 negative marking, followed by a qualifying practical Computer Proficiency Test of 60 minutes and 100 marks.
