Indian Navy to Induct Stealth Frigate INS Mahendragiri
INS Mahendragiri, an indigenous stealth frigate, is scheduled for commissioning into the Indian Navy on 11 July 2026 at the Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam. Built by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited and designed by the Indian Navy's Warship Design Bureau, it is the sixth (or seventh) warship of the Project 17A series.
